Uranium Mining in the Okanagan Valley

LIBERAL GOVERNMENT BAN' S URANIUM MINING IN PROVINCE

EarthCare is extremely pleased that the government of B.C. has put a ban in place that controls the exploration and mining of Uranium and Thorium in the province. This may provide certainty for the mining industry but more important establishes a precedent to protect the health and safety of all British Columbian's. Please send a letter in our 'Take Action Section' thanking the province for doing this.

To send a letter to the BC Legislative assembly, please fill out the electronic form below. It will be sent instantly via email to the Premier, Environment ministry, MLA's and local and regional governments in the Okanagan Shuswap Region. There is a template letter available to you, but more information regarding uranium mining can be found here, here, and here , so you can make changes as you like to reflect your own personal views.
